A 10 min grace period is given after late fee of $15 will be added| After 20 mins your appointment is canceled unless we have communicated otherwise.| At this time I ask you come shampoo, I will blow dry if you are "tender head" please add in notes with appointment.For all model/ discount styles please be aware I will be taking my time. I will not rush ANY appointment, please be sure to book accordingly.
After booking through the website is a deposit REQUIRED with all styles including weave. Deposit are required IMMEDIATELY after booking or appointment is canceled. Deposits are non refundable {UNLESS I THE STYLIST CANCELS THE APPOINTMENT}Deposit can be sent through Cash App {$rmeh94 Apple Pay {4637100026}
Reminder: I am a home based styles located in Fay NC, remaining payment can be made in cash. There is a $3 inconvenience fee for any other form of payment methods.
Cancellation Policy
You have 48 hrs prior to appointment to DIRECTLY cancel appointment with me.|If you cancel your appointment 24hrs prior you CAN NOT use the same deposit to reschedule appointment| New deposit will need to be sent| You have up to 7 days to make a rescheduling appointment using the same deposit| You are allowed 1 reschedule appointment with same deposit assuming you followed guidelines when canceling appointment.
